Poster Presentation Instructions

 

1. Installation of posters is possible from Thursday 25 September 2008, 12.00 and posters have to be taken off at the latest until Sunday 28 September, 2008, 14.00. Posters which will not be removed, will be dissolved.

2. Posters will be on display in the Poster Area. There will be several occasions to discuss the posters (see the congress programme).

3. Poster boards’ dimensions will be 90 cm in width and 190 cm in height. Recommended dimensions of the posters are 90 cm wide x 120 cm high.

4. Material for mounting posters will be provided in the poster area.

5. Posters should be brought to the meeting by the authors.

6. Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster session for which their poster has been scheduled (see the congress programme).

7. A headline strip on the poster should include the title, authors, organizations and addresses.

8. The poster should contain: Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion. The data should be understandable without oral explanation.

9. Posters should be designed in a way that everything is readable from a distance.
